Bowler Nia Turner Named Second Team All-MEAC
NORFOLK, Va. – Coppin State's Nia Turner has been named to the MEAC Bowling All-Conference Second Team, it was announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.  This is the first Eagles bowler to receive All-MEAC honors under fifth-year head coach Shaunita Middleton.

Bowling Finishes MEAC Meet #2 in Ninth Place
GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Coppin State bowling team completed its weekend at MEAC Meet #2 and finished in ninth of 11 teams with an average of 165.94.  In the two MEAC Meets, the Eagles rank ninth with a 164.55 average while going 7-12 in their head-to-head matches.

Bowling Finishes 12th of 15 Schools at James Brown Invitational
TOWSON, Md. – Coppin State's bowling team finished 12th of 15 school schools at the James Brown Invitational, hosted by Morgan State University at AMF Towson this past weekend. The Eagles bested Felician University, Virginia State and Bowie State in the Final Team standings.

Bowling Stands 13th After Second Day of Golden Bear Classic
READING, Pa. – Coppin State's bowling team stands in 13th place out of 16 teams after the second day of the Golden Bear Classic hosted by Kutztown University at Berks Lanes.  The Eagles tallied 4,100 pins for a 164.0 average in five Baker matches, besting Walsh, Norfolk State and New Jersey City University in the overall standings.

Bowling Takes 11th at Opening Day of Golden Bear Classic
READING, Pa. – Coppin State's bowling team returned to the lanes after a three month layoff Friday at the Golden Bear Classic hosted by Kutztown University at Berks Lanes.  The three-day event was split into a Friday, Baker-only Tournament with Saturday and Sunday results as a separate tournament.

BALTIMORE, Md. – Coppin State women's bowling is back to business after nearly three months off as it heads to Kutztown for the Golden Bear Classic. This will be the team's first tournament since the UMES Hawk Classic from November 16-18 and the first of the spring season.
