Human Growth and Development

This course is a study of the processes of human growth and development in the context of education, teaching, and learning. It is designed to encourage students to integrate theory, research, and classroom practice. An examination is made of the literature, including growth rends in the physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and personality areas. Problems of intergenerational differences are also considered.
