Understanding & Assessing Conflict

This course introduces the student to various theories of conflict as well as various perspectives, which influence the nature, extent and duration of conflict, as well as the choice of approaches to managing the conflict under consideration. Fundamental to managing the conflict is an understanding of the distinction between conflict resolution and conflict settlement. This course is offered at the University of Baltimore campus.
