A study of British and Continental literature, excluding Chaucer, from the fall of Rome to the Renaissance, designed to give insight into medieval thought through the reading of works which include the epic, narrative, lyric, drama, and religious and philosophical writings. Prerequisite: (ENGL 101 or 103) AND (ENGL 102 or 104) AND ( 1 of WLIT 203, 204, 205, 206)
