Forensic Science - From the Crime Scene to the Crime Lab
3 Undergraduate Units
An all inclusive review of the many forensic disciplines as they function in today’s society. The process will take the student from the crime scene to the crime laboratory where the physical evidence is identified and analyzed. A brief examination of fingerprints, firearms and tool marks, drugs, blood and DNA, trace evidence and computer forensics will be discussed.
