Analysis of administrative structures, decision making and program delivery systems of Not-For-Profit youth and human service agencies. Budget control and accountability centering on Financial administration and accounting within such organizations are reviewed and analyzed. (This course is required of students pursuing a minor in American Humanics but is open to all students from any academic area.)
