An introduction to business ethics that examines the moral, ethical and legal bases of corporate decisionmaking and other activities, using critical ethical analysis. This course seeks to educate the student regarding the legal, moral and ethical issues in business and finance, create a sensitivity to the consequences of one’s decisions, as well as train the students in critical thinking and moral/ethical analysis. Prerequisite: ECON 103 and (PHIL 102 or PHIL 201)
