An introduction to the components and the capabilities of a microcomputer system. Students will be trained to use the microcomputer as a productive tool. The different components of a microcomputer will be introduced to the students. Students will learn to use a graphical interface (Windows), a word-processing package, a spreadsheet package, and a presentation package. They will also be introduced to the various resources on the Internet.
